Estancia "Paso del Rey" in Lavalleja, Uruguay
This estancia is optimal for mixed use. Approx. 800 hectares can be
used for plantations of any kind, the rest is very siutable for animal
breeding.

(where the marker is), surrounded by water in the east, north and
south, is the estancia. In the west you have a forestation area.
With all the green and the water, you see there, you can't say that this is not a fertile aerea.
